Haarlem · Rozenprieel
Kohi Koffiebar

Kohi keeps to weekday mornings only in the Rozenprieel neighborhood north of Haarlem's center, a minimalist room drawing on Japanese and Korean design rather than the reclaimed wood look common across the rest of the city's coffee bars. Gosling Coffee supplies the beans, paired with locally sourced milk, and the menu runs a genuine kitchen list of soups and sandwiches alongside the espresso.
The rooipresso, a caffeine free rooibos pulled like an espresso shot, is the shop's most distinctive order, built for anyone who wants the ritual without the caffeine. Kids are welcomed and vegan milk is standard, and the short hours, closed by mid afternoon and shut entirely on weekends, mark it as a neighborhood morning stop rather than an all day destination.
