Tribeka

Tribeka takes its name from the German phrase for drink better coffee, and the Grieskai address by the Mur river is where the local chain got its start before it grew into several locations across Graz. The shop serves coffee roasted in house, and the original room still draws a steady stream of regulars, helped by a small garden out back with a view toward the old clock tower across the water.
Bagels are the anchor of the food menu, served with salmon and cream cheese, ham and mozzarella, or simpler combinations, alongside brownies, cheesecake and smoothies. Coffee beans roasted for Tribeka are sold by the bag for anyone who wants to take the house roast home, and dogs are welcome throughout the cafe.
