Viktors Kaffe

Viktors Kaffe has run as a family business since founding the Geijersgatan cafe in 2012, just off Avenyn near the Gothenburg Museum of Art. Craft coffee comes through partnerships with local Gothenburg roasteries rather than a single house blend, poured alongside fresh baked pastries, simple lunches, and locally produced beer and wine.

In November 2025 the family opened a second cafe in Brunnsparken, inside a building that won its own architecture competition, serving the same coffee and local ingredients with a stronger focus on takeaway for the morning commute crowd. Rotating art covers the walls at Geijersgatan, and the space doubles as a venue for private after work events and catering.
