Morgon Coffee Roasters

Gabriella Runesson, Christian Gullbrandsson, and Markus Vestergaard, who between them bring more than twenty five years of coffee industry experience, have roasted under the name Kran 42 since 2019, working out of Cityvarvet's old shipyard buildings on Lindholmen. The setting still carries the district's industrial bones, exposed and largely unpolished, standing in contrast to the more considered relationships the team keeps with the producers behind each lot.

The last Saturday of every month turns the roastery into a free tasting room, thirty minute sessions paired with homemade fika for anyone who wants to taste through the current lineup before buying beans to take home. Weekday hours otherwise stay tight, built around the roasting schedule rather than a full cafe service.
