Kaffelabbet has run since 2015 as something closer to a living room for coffee enthusiasts than a standard cafe, stocking carefully chosen beans from some of Sweden and Europe's better roasters rather than settling on a single house name. Quo, a newer roastery out of the coastal town of Skärhamn, is one of the current names behind the counter, its beans rotating alongside others depending on the season.

Brewing equipment, espresso courses, and public cuppings round out the shop's identity beyond the pour, aimed at the kind of nerdy, curious regular who wants to understand the coffee rather than just drink it. Batch brew sits alongside espresso for anyone who'd rather move through the room quickly.
