Full Circle Coffee

Full Circle opened near De Krook in 2016 as one of Belgium's first coffee bars to go entirely plant based, and it has run its own micro roastery on site since 2021. Espresso and filter coffee are both made from beans roasted in house, with the current lots also sold by the bag for anyone brewing at home with a Chemex, V60 or moka pot.
Retro armchairs and a mix of vintage and industrial furniture give the room a relaxed, sun lit feel, with an outside terrace that fills up as soon as the weather allows it. Every drink on the menu uses oat or other plant based milk by default, and the pastry case follows the same rule, with cakes and donuts made without dairy or eggs. A second location on Koningin Astridlaan has since expanded the concept further into the city.
