Wake Blue Roasters

Wake Blue Roasters is a roastery cafe in Gyodong that is run alongside a Gangneung coffee academy, which has trained baristas and cafe owners since 2016. The shop assesses its own green coffee and roasts it in house, and the beans can be bought online and sent by courier or through a local delivery app.

The cafe is open from ten in the morning to five in the afternoon on weekdays and until half past four on Saturday, and it is closed on Sunday. A free car park is available. Seasonal drinks and events are posted on Instagram, and the team also offers training and consulting for anyone planning to open a cafe of their own, alongside the daily coffee service.
