Coffee Brewing Bus Stop

Coffee Brewing Bus Stop is a small specialty coffee cafe on Yulgok Road in Gyodong, named for the bus stop it stands beside and a short walk from the old Gangneung Hyanggyo. The shop roasts its own beans, and its roasting and extraction are aimed at bringing out the natural flavour of each bean.

It keeps short daytime hours, from ten in the morning to half past three in the afternoon every day, so it suits a late morning stop rather than an evening one. Barista competition trophies are displayed inside, the room is compact, and there is no car park of its own, though free public parking is available nearby. Wolhwa Street is about a kilometre away on foot.
