Bossanova Coffee Roasters

Bossanova Coffee Roasters opened in August 2015 on Anmok Beach and is the original shop of a roastery brand that has since spread beyond Gangneung. The building stands on the coffee street with the sand just across the road, and a terrace on the top floor looks out over the sea.

Beans are chosen and roasted at the company's own roasting factory, aiming for clean, tasty coffee in an easy seaside style. Seating runs over several floors, with dogs welcome on one of the lower levels, and the cafe opens early at seven and closes at ten at night. There is no car park of its own, so visitors leave the car in the public lot beside the beach, and Gangneung Port is a short walk along the shore.
