NIYOL COFFEE opened in 2018 in a small row house close to the Nishijin shopping street. The room is decorated with plants and art, and a gallery in the basement below the café holds exhibitions through the year.

The coffee is roasted in house on a small Bullet R1 roaster, mostly light roasts with some medium roasts depending on the origin, and the cups are known for being clear with a gentle fruitiness. Roasted beans are sold in the shop.
