KUROMON COFFEE is a specialty roastery cafe in a renovated house more than 90 years old, in a quiet residential street near Ohori Park. The roasting is built around sweetness, developing the sugars in the bean so that it either sits alongside fruit acidity or leans toward chocolate, and the menu includes rare coffees that appear for a short time.

Beans are roasted in house, with light, medium and dark roast options including a dark blend called Tsukiakari, and are shipped nationwide from the online shop. The roastery also holds roasting seminars and supplies beans, equipment and training to other businesses.
