Good Up Coffee reopened in January 2025 in a new building in Shirogane, a few minutes from its first shop, which closed in autumn 2024 because the building was ageing. The new room is about four times the size of the old one, with table and counter seats and a terrace with benches where dogs are welcome.

The shop roasts its own coffee, leaning toward light roasts, and serves it as espresso based drinks as well as filter. You order and pay at the counter, then wait at your seat, and the roasted beans and drip packs are sold at the register.
