Fusuku Coffee

Fusuku Coffee opened in July 2015 on the second floor of the Ura Rokuhonmatsu building, with a sunny courtyard outside, and runs on the idea of a coffee laboratory where each guest hunts for the cup they like. Owner barista Koji Fusuku came to coffee through hand drip competitions and placed third nationally at Japan Hand Drip 2016.

The beans are roasted in house with specialty grade coffee at the core. The menu always carries blends and single origins at light, medium and dark roast, each served hot, iced or as a cafe au lait. It opens at 7am every day, serves toast and sandwiches, and runs one to one latte art workshops by reservation.
