Filter Supply

Filter Supply is a hand drip roastery and coffee stand on the ground floor of the Ishii Building in Takasago. Everything is brewed as a pour over from beans the shop roasts itself, as single origins and a blend ranging from light to dark roasts.

The idea behind the shop is less the cup than the time it creates, a quiet moment alone, a conversation with someone important, a morning routine. Beans go home in glass jars with refill packs, and there is a monthly subscription and a three coffee trial set for first visits.
