coffee roaster So&So opened in December 2021 in Sakurazaka as a roastery cafe where the roasting machine and the tables share one room with no wall between them. The building is white inside and out, softened by greenery, with table seats, a bench styled after a Japanese veranda and another bench outside.

The beans are roasted in house, with blends and single origins on offer and a seasonal blend that changes every month, and coffee is brewed by hand on a Kalita Wave. Roasted beans are sold over the counter and through the online shop.
