Basking Coffee is a specialty coffee shop in Chihaya, on the ground floor of an apartment building with a high ceiling and an open, airy room. It buys only beans selected from specialty grade lots and roasts each one to bring out its own character.

The roasts lean light to medium light, aiming for a cup as easy to drink as tea. The shop sells beans in store and online, and also supplies offices and trade customers.
