D612 Coffee Roasters

D612 Coffee Roasters began in Florence in 2016 as a specialty roastery built on curiosity about where coffee comes from. Beans are chosen from some of the most interesting growing regions, then roasted with balance and precision so each origin shows its own character. Roaster Luciano Trapanese runs the small, minimal space on Via Cittadella, roasting on site.

The range changes through the year, with single origins from places such as Brazil, Peru, Kenya, Ethiopia and Colombia, and each coffee is roasted to suit the way it will be brewed. D612 beans also pour at other Florence cafes, including Melaleuca and Manly The Office, so a visit to the roastery is a chance to taste the source of some of the city's best known cups.
