Cairngorm Coffee

Robi Lambie founded Cairngorm up in the Scottish Highlands before bringing the brand into Edinburgh, this West End corner shop one of several the company now runs across the city and beyond. The name points back to that Highlands origin even as the business has grown into a fully urban operation.

Killer toasties and a solid pastry case sit alongside the coffee menu here, poured from the company's own roastery rather than bought in. The corner location gets good light through most of the day, a bright spot on a West End street that's helped make it one of the more photographed cafes in the city.
