Cøffe am Carlsplatz

Eike Brand opened Cøffe am Carlsplatz in 2017 inside a space that spent decades as Reformhaus Eveline, a health food shop just off the market square, keeping much of the original signage and fittings when the previous owner retired. A Scandinavian minimalist fit out sits underneath that old lettering, with a curved pastry case, retail bags of beans, and fresh flowers along the counter.

The coffee favors a light, fruity roast profile across both house beans and rotating guest roasts, served alongside lemon tart, cheesecake, and croissants. It opens at 8am on weekdays, 9am on Saturdays, and 10am on Sundays, closing at 6pm every day.
