Unfiltered Coffee

Juljano Kapllani opened Unfiltered on Emmet Road in Inchicore in 2019 and named it for his own outspoken style. It is a small, minimalist room with counter seating and a brew bar, and the queue regularly stretches along the street to the pharmacy next door.

Espresso, filter and pour over are all poured here, and the team designs separate water recipes for filter and for espresso. The house roaster is ONI Coffee Roasters, a specialty roastery in the same Inchicore neighbourhood, and the focus stays on the quality of the cup rather than a brunch menu.
