Brew Lab treats coffee as a craft worth getting curious about. Run by award winning baristas, the minimalist space on Redmond's Hill is split into an espresso bar and a competition style pour over bar made for slowing down and tasting something new.

The lineup of roasters rotates, with guests such as Coffea Circular, Sumo Coffee and Lucid Roasters, and the brew bar works with frequently changing origins and premium Paragon pours, alongside cold brew and nitro all year round. The cabinet is full of bakes, including gluten free treats, so there is always something sweet to go with a careful filter.
