Julith Coffee & Roastery

Julith, short for "just like this", opened in August 2025 in a two storey concrete and glass building in Al Quoz, with a glass walled roastery and an open coffee bar on the ground floor and a lounge with soundproof work pods upstairs. The coffee is led by Turkish Barista Champion Serkan Sagsoz, and the shelves carry rare lots such as a Panama Geisha from Hacienda La Esmeralda.

An espresso bar pours a chocolate forward house blend beside rotating single origins, a slow brew bar handles V60 pour overs, and a rotovap milk programme removes water from dairy and plant milks for a silkier, naturally sweeter flat white. An all day menu runs from benedict and beetroot on toast to matcha drinks, and two private meeting rooms and an omakase style tasting room make it as much a place to work or learn as to drink.
