Evalynn Beag

Evalynn was born in Bryanstown, Drogheda, in 2022, and Evalynn Beag is its small town centre sibling on West Street, opposite St Peter's Church. The glass fronted room has bar stools in the window and local art on the walls, and the window sign calls the team Drogheda's specialty coffee curators.

Coffee is poured as espresso, filter and pour over, with rotating single origin lots from countries such as Ethiopia, Kenya and Colombia, and bags are sold to take home. Cakes, scones and pastries are baked for the counter, and dogs are welcome inside.
