The name is the concept: single origin beans, largely from Coffee Collective in Copenhagen, get brewed to order and talked through by staff who treat the process as the whole point of the visit.

Floor to ceiling windows face the Porto Arabia yacht basin, and the minimalist room seats only a handful of people at a time, which keeps it feeling more like a specialty lab than a cafe despite the espresso machine behind the counter. Home brewing gear, drippers, filters, and scales sits for sale near the entrance, and regulars describe it as one of the only rooms in Doha built for people who already know what a V60 is.
