Fuel Specialty Coffee

Fuel roasts its own beans in small weekly batches in Doha, eight origins including Ethiopia, Colombia, Brazil, and Uganda, and sells the coffee both bagged and brewed across a handful of branches, the newest fronting Lusail's marina promenade. The company also distributes espresso equipment from Slayer, La Marzocco, and Puq Press to other cafes around the city, putting it closer to a working roastery than a typical coffee shop.

The Lusail room runs long into the evening to match the promenade's crowds, tables facing the water and the skyline lighting up after dark. A breakfast menu runs until early afternoon, but the espresso bar and the wall of bagged beans, sold by origin rather than blend, stay the reason regulars name it their default order in a part of the city still filling in with cafes.
