Earth Organic Coffee

Earth opened as the first organic specialty coffee shop in Qatar, and the Msheireb Downtown room still runs the idea in full view: roasted beans sit in glass jars along one wall, labeled by origin, with Rwanda, Ethiopia, and Colombia rotating through most often, so customers can smell a bag before it goes into the grinder. It was named the city's best coffee in 2025.

The room itself is minimalist and earth toned, limestone and timber against Msheireb's white stone streetscape outside, with tables that fill by midmorning with laptops and the occasional stroller. Beyond the espresso and V60 menu the kitchen runs a genuinely full food program, vegan cakes, smoothies, and an all day breakfast, and Earth shows up most Saturdays at Doha's farmers market selling bags of its own roast directly.
