Queen City Collective Coffee LoDo

A calm white room at Queen City Collective Coffee with a long terracotta channel tufted banquette along a marble patterned wall of framed art, round white tables with small plants and grey green leather chairs

Queen City Collective Coffee is built around the idea that coffee is a chain linking farmers to drinkers. The company buys through direct relationships with producers, visits them at harvest, and runs a traceability project that shares profit with producers, then roasts the coffee in Colorado. Recent releases have included an Ethiopian Banko Gotiti, a Guatemalan San Lorenzo and a Colombian gesha.

The LoDo cafe at 17th and Larimer opened in August 2024 in the lobby of a downtown office building. It is open weekdays from half past six in the morning to four in the afternoon, and on Saturday from eight to two. The founders have written up harvest visits to producers such as Victor Bermúdez in Huila, Colombia.
