Queen City Collective Coffee Baker

Queen City Collective Coffee is built around the idea that coffee is a chain linking farmers to drinkers. The company buys through direct relationships with producers, visits them at harvest, and runs a traceability project that shares profit with producers, then roasts the coffee in Colorado. It began in 2016 with a one kilo roaster in a garage, then a converted closet at a Colfax bar.

The Baker cafe sits on Santa Fe Drive inside the Town Hall Collaborative building, a community space that hosts events, where Queen City reopened in April 2024 after years in a shared corner a short way off at First and Cherokee. It opens every day from half past six in the morning to half past two in the afternoon. The entrance is wheelchair accessible.
