Huckleberry Roasters Congress Park

This Huckleberry cafe sits on Colorado Boulevard in Congress Park, where it serves coffee roasted by the company in Denver alongside pastries from Rebel Bread and the company's classic toasts. The room is cozy and busy with murals painted by the artist behind the company's other cafes.

It took over a former Starbucks, and the team gave the space a little more life, so the room reads as equal parts cozy and vibrant. The cafe is open every day from seven in the morning to four in the afternoon and is one of the newer additions to the group, aimed at the residential streets of east Denver. The company maps low stress bike routes to the door.
