Huckleberry Roasters Berkeley

On Tennyson Street in Berkeley, Huckleberry occupies a creaky old building that was once Tennyson Hardware and later the Allegro Coffee space, where coffee was roasted and brewed. The company's founders bought supplies at the hardware store while building out their first cafe on Pecos, so the site holds a bit of company history.

The cafe opened in November 2022 and shares its building with Berkeley Supply, a Denver menswear shop and longtime friend of the company. It serves Huckleberry's Denver roasted specialty coffee from seven in the morning to five in the afternoon every day, in a cozy room that suits hot and cold drinks all year, with murals by Olive Moya.
