Huckleberry Roasters Baker

Huckleberry took over this small cafe on North Broadway in Baker in November 2022 from Sugar Bakeshop, a longtime partner of the company that had held the space for thirteen years. The cafe serves Huckleberry's Denver roasted specialty coffee and sits among independent shops, breweries and restaurants on the Broadway strip, in a mostly residential neighborhood much like the Pecos original.

The room is cozy and intimate, brightened by murals from Olive Moya, the artist behind the company's other cafes, and a small patio faces Broadway. It opens daily from seven in the morning to four in the afternoon, and the company maps low stress bike routes to the door.
