Blue Sparrow Coffee Platte Street

Blue Sparrow's second cafe opened on Platte Street in early 2020, on the ground floor of an office building, after the original RiNo space on Blake Street ran short of room. It serves the same coffee as the first shop, including the Headliner espresso, and the company roasts its own blends and names them for Denver streets.
Sustainability runs through how Blue Sparrow operates. The city recognizes it as a Certifiably Green Denver business, it publishes sustainability reports, and a share of every bag sold goes to Zero Foodprint, which funds soil health grants for farmers. The cafe opens every day from half past six in the morning to half past five in the evening, and the entrance and restroom are wheelchair accessible.
