Weekend Coffee

Weekend Coffee is the coffee bar in the lobby of The Joule, a hotel on Commerce Street in downtown Dallas. It pours Counter Culture Coffee, and the bar hosts small group espresso workshops led by a Counter Culture trainer, in which guests step behind the machine to pull their own shots. The workshops run on selected dates through the autumn and winter.

Mornings start with espresso and housemade breakfast pastries, followed by cold brew and matcha in the afternoon, and the chai latte has its own following. Ask for it dirty and it arrives with a shot of espresso. The bar keeps the same hours every day, from seven to three, and its seats look out over the hotel lobby.
