Moon Wolf Provisions

Moon Wolf began as a converted goat trailer that carried specialty coffee to pop ups, markets and events around the Dallas area, founded by Richie Conry with the calm of West Texas brought to the suburbs. The brick and mortar shop on Custer Road, which the team calls the Den, took shape in a cinder block shell of thirteen hundred square feet, framed by hand over weekends.

Inside are exposed beams, raw concrete, a turntable with vinyl and a deer mount keeping watch. The bar serves coffee, matcha and pastries, beside a small market of handmade goods, and the team works with Eiland Coffee Roasters among its coffee partners. A quarterly gathering called the Hair of the Wolf Symposium fills the parking lot. The Den is open Tuesday to Sunday and closed on Mondays.
