Lemma Coffee Co (Plano)

This is Lemma Coffee Co's cafe in downtown Plano, opened in 2022. Lemma started in 2017 as a roaster working farmers markets around Denton, and it has grown by refining everything from sourcing to barista training, seeking partnerships at origin that bring sustainability and positive impact to the places where its coffee is grown.

Coffee is roasted by the company and sold in bags that name the producer prominently, often with altitude, variety and process listed. Seasonal offerings range from the Overtone blend to Colombian and Kenyan single origin lots, and the roasts are light and bright, with notes of peach, jasmine or mango. The cafe opens at seven in the morning, closes at seven in the evening and keeps those hours every day of the week.
