Eiland Coffee at Canyon Creek brings the craft and character of Eiland Coffee Roasters into a welcoming café setting in Richardson, Texas. Founded by Clay Eiland in 1998, Eiland has spent decades sourcing and roasting specialty coffees with an emphasis on quality, consistency, and the unique character of each origin.

While the original roastery on Interurban Street offers a closer look at the production side of the business, Canyon Creek is designed for slowing down and staying awhile. Guests can enjoy thoughtfully prepared espresso drinks, pour overs, and seasonal specialties alongside a selection of food and pastries.
