Supernova Coffee Roasters

Luiz Eduardo Melo left a career in law to teach himself roasting starting in 2014, opening the first Supernova location the following year with partner Bruno Regalo. A larger Supernova Hub location followed in October 2017, combining an SCA training lab, green and roasted coffee storage, a roastery and a cafe counter built around a fast, to go focused format rather than table service.

The veranda out front, with its umbrella shaded tables, is where most people end up sitting rather than the small counter inside.
