COR Café

Rodrigo Ros and the Ros family opened COR in Sao Lourenco, following a pilot project that began in 2018 before the shop formally launched in 2021, with the space designed by architect Luisa Curiel. The concept pairs a European style brunch menu with a specialty coffee program the shop roasts itself, drawing on relationships with Brazilian farms across multiple regions.

A subscription service called the plus COR Club matches members to coffees based on a stated sensory preference, floral, fruity or chocolate leaning among the options, and the shop runs tasting workshops and guided coffee experiences alongside the daily brunch and coffee service.
