Time. is a coffee room on Meldahlsgade built around competition coffee. The name comes from the one word every coffee competition presentation begins and ends with, and the idea was to make that stage permanent, a place where baristas, competitors and fans can focus on brews and methods while the doors stay open to anyone curious.

The resident menu runs on coffees from national and world stages alongside rare selections from competition journeys, brewed and shared by champions and competitors. It is a place to taste with precision, ask questions and compare, open every day from nine until four.
