The Artisan Copenhagen

A roastery and café beside the lakes in Nørrebro, where The Artisan roasts its own coffee in small batches right in the shop. The beans come from Peruvian coffee farmers the team counts as friends, and visitors can choose between light, medium and dark roast profiles to match how they like their cup.

Pour over coffee is brewed on modbar systems using carefully chosen light roasted lots from different processes and farmers around the world, with pastries baked fresh each morning in partnership with a Copenhagen bakery and a simple lunch menu. Indoor sofas and an outdoor terrace make it an easy place to stay a while.
