SP Coffee Shop is the everyday counter of the April team, set on Pilestræde right next door to the April roastery. It is the home of the SP Project, built on buying a wider range of coffees from the partner farmers April already works with and roasting them with a little more development, so the cup leans toward sweetness, balance and consistency.

The menu is short and changes with the seasons, with espresso, filter and milk drinks alongside a small selection of food. Blue benches line the pavement under the big street window, and inside there is plenty of seating for settling in with a coffee for a while.
