Sensei is a Copenhagen roaster, and its Nordhavn showroom on Århusgade is set up for tasting the coffees the team is currently working with. A glass door set in red brick opens onto shelves of coffee bags, and the invitation on the website is simply to come taste the coffee and see Sensei in person.

The short list changes through the year and currently spans Ethiopian, Colombian and Kenyan lots roasted in Copenhagen, for filter and espresso. It is open Tuesday to Friday only, so plan a weekday visit.
