Prolog Coffee Bar Papirøen

Prolog's bar on Papirøen, the former paper island in Copenhagen's harbour, sits in a new building of pale brick with tall dark windows and the Prolog name above the door. Wooden benches and tables on the square outside make it an easy stop on a walk around the harbour.

Prolog is a roaster whose motto is that to celebrate its love for coffee it celebrates its guests, and the bars serve its own coffees as espresso, filter and milk drinks. It opens at seven on weekdays and eight at weekends, and closes at six.
