La Cabra

A coffee counter built into the corner of Another Aspect's clothing store in the city center — one of La Cabra's smaller, more editorial locations rather than its main roastery, which sits across town in Frederiksberg alongside a newer outpost in Nordhavn. The shared space keeps things spare: a handful of seats, soft light, clothing racks a few steps from the espresso machine, in a part of Copenhagen better known for design showrooms than coffee bars. Beans are La Cabra's own roast, and the till also rings up a small capsule collection made in collaboration with the store around it — genuinely a joint venture rather than a café that happens to sit inside a shop.
The overall effect is closer to a well-edited concept store than a traditional café, which is clearly the point: minimalist Scandinavian design applied to coffee retail as much as to clothing. Go for the coffee, stay to notice the clothes were the point as much as the cup, and don't expect much room to linger over a laptop.
