Holy Bean Coffee & Cocktails

Two white and black grinders filled with beans beside a white La Marzocco machine topped with white and blue marbled cups, on a counter with a plywood edge and cream tiles with red grout

Holy Bean began as a micro roastery in an old power station in Aarup on Funen, roasting light roasted specialty coffees to bring out each coffee's character, and its Ravnsborggade room in Nørrebro is where the team tests ideas. The bar calls itself a creative workshop, a playful and nerdy place to develop new flavour experiences and explore coffee across different brewing methods and servings.

By day it pours coffee, and in the evening it turns into a cocktail bar, staying open until two in the morning on Fridays and Saturdays, so the same room covers a morning cappuccino and a coffee cocktail late at night.
