Coffee Collective Godthåbsvej

Housed in a former machine factory in Frederiksberg, Godthåbsvej is where every part of Coffee Collective comes together: the roastery, the office, the training space and the café. From the café you can look straight through glass into the roastery and watch raw beans turn into the finished coffee, since roasting goes on throughout the day.

Concrete floors, tall windows and a long wooden bar give it the feel of a working building rather than a polished showroom, with small tables, stools along the windows and posters on the white walls. Coffee Collective is known for the transparency report it publishes on how it buys its coffee, and this is the place to see roasting, brewing and training under one roof.
