Branded as the 'April Experience,' the space is deliberately built around table-side tasting rather than a quick counter transaction: staff will walk you through a lot's origin and processing in detail if you ask, treating the visit more like a short course than a coffee run. Espresso and filter are both on offer, but the emphasis here leans toward taking coffee home rather than staying to drink it — retail clearly outweighs seating in how the space is organized.

A second, smaller Coffee Store on Ryesgade in Østerbro serves the neighborhood crowd in a more conventional café format if this flagship feels too retail-forward for a quick visit. Open every day of the week, which is unusual for a shop this specialty-focused, and a useful fallback on the Mondays when smaller Copenhagen roasters tend to close.
