Wolfox Coffee Roasters

Wolfox is the roastery, bakery and kitchen that Fabio Lauro, a Como native who founded the brand in Brighton in 2017, opened on Via Cinque Giornate in the heart of town. It is the working centre of the brand in Italy, where the smell of fresh roasting coffee drifts through the room while bread, buns and cakes come out of the bakery through the day.

The beans are roasted on site from organic, traceable lots, arriving from places like Ethiopia, Peru, Brazil and Colombia, and served from a morning espresso through to filter coffee. A seasonal brunch is cooked in the open kitchen, and handmade cups and plates from a local Como pottery studio set the table. Well behaved dogs are welcome, and beans go home in bags.
