Heilandt

Heilandt runs its roastery, cafe and shop out of one bright space on Bismarckstrasse in the Belgian Quarter, with an orange accent wall, terrazzo counter and the roasting machine working in plain sight of the tables. Coffee here is entirely direct trade, sourced and roasted under the Heilandt name since 2010.
The counter grinds fresh for whatever brew method a customer wants, from mocha pot to French press, and pours espresso and filter alongside cake and gluten free snacks. Regulars treat the tables as a working spot during the day, and bagged beans line the shelves by the register for anyone leaving with more than a cup.
