Pasio pours beans from Madheads Coffee Roasters, a well known specialty roaster out of Ukraine, through a La Marzocco setup handled by baristas who clearly know what they are doing. A bright, modern room with plenty of indoor seating gives it a different feel than the more traditional cafes nearby, and free wifi makes it a regular stop for remote work.

V60 and other filter methods sit alongside espresso, an anaerobic Ethiopian known for a perfect extraction with a chocolaty finish. Pet friendly and fast without feeling rushed, it has built a strong following on the strength of consistent quality rather than novelty.
